What Kerala employers want from a data analyst
Excel and SQL open the door, Power BI or Tableau gets you shortlisted, and basic Python for automation is now showing up in a growing share of postings. Employers consistently favor candidates who can explain a dashboard's business impact over ones who can only describe the tool.
Fresher vs. 2+ years, what actually changes
Fresher postings ask for cleaned coursework projects and clear communication. Experienced postings ask for stakeholder management and a track record of decisions influenced by your analysis.
